sok jednog limuna
priprema:
1.dobro izmiksati maslac i secer
2.dodati zumanjca i vrhnje(mileram)i lagano izmiksati
3.dodati kokosovo brasno i umjesati ga zlicom
4.dodavati brasno koje smo pomjesali sa praskom za pecivo,dodajemo po 5-6 zlica i lagano mjesamo rukom...
5.tjesto ne smije biti tvrdo...

6.trgamo komadice tjesta velicine ping-pong loptice i oblikujemo kuglu(izmedju dlanova)a zatim oblikujemo valjak i lagano ga prislonimo na ribez(gruba strana)
7.slazemo u ne namascenu tepsiju ili pleh...

8.pecemo u zagrijanoj pecnici(180*) dok lijepo ne porumene(oko 20-25min.)
9.zaljev ili agdu skuhamo prije pecenja hurmasica tako da malo ohladi,u ohladjenu agdu dodamo sok limuna...
agda se kuha oko 15min.
10.tople hurmasice zalijemo mlakom agdom i pustimo nek upiju...
